In the Mercedes app select Car Icon in the upper left of the screen, then, Manage Digital Extras, MBUX Infotainment, Online Music, Linked Accounts. You should then see Amazon Music listed. You can link your account from there.

Try clicking MEDIA, at the top of the screen, it will list the available sources, for example (yours may be different), mine says BLUETOOTH, ONLINE MUSIC, USB. If you click ONLINE MUSIC, it should list the services, such as Apple Music, Amazon Music, Spotify etc...

I linked Amazon on my MB App but when I go to Media in the car, I do not see On Line Music listed as you said above. It seems like I'm only getting Amazon music through Carplay. I have no ideal why Online does not show up under Media. I don't know if it's playing in Atmos which I would like.

I'm not an expert on this, but I know what I did, which is: On your phone open the Mercedes App, in the top left there's a white icon of a front of a car, click that. Click Manage Digital Extras. Click MBUX Infotainment, you will see a list of things, some will have a toggle on/off and some will say Purchase. If any or all of the following, Augmented Radio, Comfort Data Volume, Internet Radio, Online Music, etc... say Purchase, you may need to buy the Digital Extras package which will enable the things I just mentioned, which is what I did. It's $150 for a year. If I remember correctly it includes the data plan which I think you will have to activate as well.
Most of the Digital Extras were included for a year when I bought the car, so I would have to buy the $150 package anyway in November, so now I guess I will have until next May and then I will have to renew it then, I'm not exactly sure.
So again, I'm not 100% sure this will get you the results you are looking for, so if you're not sure, and you don't want to spend $150 to get something that may not work for you, double check with the dealer or someone else.

All are downloaded as shown below. As you can see from an earlier screenshot, Amazon is linked. This crap shouldn't be so difficult.
