u should be ashamed of yourself! Dont post pics like this feeling all confident and sh*t like that!

I can match your speed in a 320! NO PROBLEM!

hehe... its true!

anyways, just curious... at that limited speed, do you still have another 1000 rpm to go on your odometer?

Dude...clearly not a stock CLK.

Even the 430's are limited to 138 mph I think?

I've got a picture somewhere of my speedometer indicating 149mph. I had the limiter removed when my ECU was remapped.

Unhappy roads? where we're going we don't need roads

this was in light traffic... (sometimes on comming)... eh... road was limited but ya it could go faster but the speedo stops counting (wussy speedo).... but ya... if u live around miami FL and u see a black streak with a mercedes emblem on it. it was me. and the comment about you leaving work on friday was hilarious!

Actually...I'd be surprised if the CLK's drag coefficient would allow it to go much faster than that....I mean...it's not a very low profile like a vette or a lambo....

At those speeds...other considerations besides raw engine power come into play.

Juiced,

Just one question,

how did you get the flux capacitor hooked up to the engine?

Jucied, is that nitrous?? If so how are you doing it, wet or dry, and what have you done to your fuel pressure regulator?

Question Not telling!

well i have no idea how to do it for the 3.2 motor. the 4.3 motor is not too complicated... dry will not work on the 4.3 due to the 90 degree bend after the throttle body.... and i dont recommend just going out and dropping a nos system in.. there are OTHER things that you MIGHT want to consider 1st. Like an easily removeable system if ur car is still under warranty + maybe an auto timing retard when you hit the juice... (lower compression helps too)... but ya... 410hp is no biggie if you do things right and have like 2g's to spare and do things right... true spray might be considered cheating... but on a lease... its the only way to go!

JuicedCLK.
Can you provide us with more detailed info on your N2O system...and what accessories do you recommed e.g. remote bottle opener, bottle heater, window switch??? Some insight on installation??? I'm sure a few members have been wanting to run N20, but have some reservations regarding safety & reliability issues.

Regards
Richard

Angry no no n2o

i kinda like being the only one i know with it =).. im currently building my friends c240 with the same type of setup. and i dont think i want it to spread.... there is no return line on the clk 430 so its tricky if ur not familiar with merc. so DON'T Let anybody do a nig rig!!! Just slapping it on will likely lead to a big bang and a piston through the hood. I have an expert shop that does my work and is highly trustworth with benz's. Since Im the only one they have ever done it on im kinda like a prototype in a sence. LoL ... my friend with the c 240 had to bribe me 200 bucks just for me to tell him where the shop is. and i know that if i post it here every benz owner and thier mothers will have a Nos system. thats what happened to me with my LS1 camaro.. when i 1st got it nos didnt make the kit for it so i had this shop custom make one.... this wasnt hard but low and behold 8 months later nos made its own ls1 kit that was the exact same thing... sorry guys!

if you want to try and do it to your car go for it =) if its done right you can have lots of fun =) but if they suggest a dry system leave immediatly cuz you'll be at the benz service center within the week.

btw my nos system is tucked away . the bottles are in the rear internal quarter panels (by rear seats ) two little ones on each side. i refill with a long 25 foot line that comes out the trunk.... no riggs =) no visible lines=) no visible wires nor tanks =) solenoids inside cabin =)... risky yes... noticable.. never...even with the plastic cover off there is no way to tell there is a nos system unless ur a merc tech and are looking for it =) or u have the same motor and stand them side by side =)
