ONE of a KIND CLK GRILL FOR SALE
this grill kicks ***... the is the big big star grill with the frame chrome electroplated... I am into this thing almost 800 bucks including the time running around to get this done... I will let it go for $700.
DO the math.. Preformance products price (472) + chrome electroplating ($300 bucks) and the time and research to get this done... it looks awesome and is the best looking grill i have ever seen on a clk.. looks especially bad *** on a silver or black clk...

I am selling this Grill BECAUSE... i recently went for an all black look on my car.. JACKASS... i had the small star shatz grill before i got this one.. there is no comparison... it blows both the small shatz start and big shatz star grille out of the water... it is much more agressive....
i had my body guy paint the small star shatz grill all black then put the small star back on and I liked that look better with the all black theme i was going for.... more batman like... i was going to keep this grille as the tux grille i can put on every now and then But i need the cash now....
yeah its more expensive then the big star shatz grill BUT it look one hell of alot better... your driving a benz so should it not look at its best.. i have a couple of guys from this forum that are not start grille fans see this in person and have all said they like this the best... there really is no comparison if you are going chrome with star....

Once again, any pics of it on the car? Is this the same one silverstar is talking about? I think the grille looks good by itself, but im wondering if it looks as good on the CLK, all the ones i've seen so far look like complete afterthoughts. Got anything that can give us an idea what it looks like with the rest of the car?

ohhh, i think i see the difference...look at the position of the bars. still, though, those 3 shots would be perfect. the main problem i had with the $249 grille was that the star stuck out too much.

Too Expensive!!! $500 would be reasonable. Check out this link and you'll find the exact same one for $390 not including customization such as painting and chroming which might cost you another $100-200.
