night time parking lights are out??

night time parking lights are out??
all the lights that turn on after you turn off you car and shut the doors at night no longer come on. anyone have any ideas whats going on?
it all happened last week, when i put on the Carlsson Rs bumper, but i didnt connect the fog lights since i didnt have the right harness. so i left it disconnected for a week, and now that everythings connected....it no longer turns on when i shut the door at night. its not a big deal, but just curious if anyone out there had that go out on them also???

About your problem did you reset the time interval for the security lights (or whatever it's called?)

Do they turn on when the car is on? I have a similar problem, the inner city lights and the lights that were in the OEM bumper have no power going to them and all the fuses are fine. I gave up on trying to figure it out (so my angel eyes dont work).

want to cycle through and view this setting to be sure it is activated.

as for the harness.....i made my own....
go to radio shack (or a similar type store)
buy those harness connectors....the ones where you wrap them around the exposed wire (and it comes with a plastic harness where you insert like 5-9 of those connectors in to the plastic housing, but you wont need that...just the metal connectors)....then go back to your OEM fog light harness and remove the plastic housing at the tip of the wires...use a screw driver to lift the 2 tabs on the side and then they should come right off.....then slip the two wires with the new connectors ...and they should slide on easily...and there you have it...now ur ready to plug it in to the harness on the car.

wow f1 huh....too bad that guy sold his car with all the mods on it.....even tho it was hassel free....the dealer that got all those mods will never appreciate it....or value it for that matter.....gl on the fenders man

thanks marcus...i need to head over to the dealer anyways tomorrow.....my mechanic said i was missing the rubber stubs that the floor jack contact ....weird that the rear 2 are missing.....

Yeah, I see that one too. I guess my reference may have been for later
model. Sorry if I mislead. I know the dealer set version covers my 99
and I thought that the digital menu models would have the owner selectable
