I will tell you only if you tell me what you plan to do first.

All these reponse and no help? I decided to put a blue alcantara/synthetic suede (I have a light grey interior) in certain parts of the car and the wood is one part. I decided that c/f was a waste of time and wanted to do something original. I have finished a few pieces but need help with taking off others. I have done the door pulls, the shift gate, the piece around the shift gate, and the pieces around the seat adjuster things. I need help with taking off the rest. Can the carpet piece on the door (where the speakers go) be taken off the door panel? I would like this part to be suede too. Some of you might think its rice, but it looks good so far and it feels good too! Plus I've never seen anyone do this before. Will get the seats and stuff redone with the blue alcantara inserts later.

I have them and responded to your post on the other site. You cannot removed the bottom part of the door panel unless you break the plastic welds which I thought about doing too but I decided it would be too big of a PITA. LMK on the instructions or try out h t t p : / / w w w . s t a r t e k i n f o . c o m / S t a r T e k /

Hey, how did your motor, mount replacement go? Did it make a difference? I took mine to the stealership and they said mine were fine. Do you know if they can look OK, but be damaged/shot?

Replacing the motor mounts took away ALL the vibration I was experiencing. They looked fine while on the car but once we took them out we saw that one side was smashed (totally) and was causng massive vibration. The engine actually rose about an inch after changing the mounts. I had to take out one of the pins that holds the hood pad because the renntech airbox would have scraped against it! It made a huge difference, I cant even tell my engine is on when sitting in the car. I'll check the other forum for your instructions and thanks. I gotta figure out a way to do the bottom of the doors, it willl look soooo much better!

I finished all the pieces except the long one on the dash and the 2 pieces behind the door latch. ANyone know how to get these off? I f*cked up some of the parts but I like it better than the wood. I will get pics up when I'm done. One more thing, when I put the a/c panel back the lights in th epanel would not turn on when I turned on my headlights. Anyone know why this might be?

Blackbenzz: check the email account you have at the other site, re: I need an email account to send you the WIS to. With regard to no lights, a connector is disconnected or bad. The lights are controlled through the harness. I may have a control unit if you need a replacement.

On the motor mounts, did you do this yourself? When you looked at the one that was bad, did you see any clearance between the engine and the mount before you removed it? My stealer is saying there's no leaking and no clearance and as a result mine are "fine" although I suspect otherwise. Thoughts?

My friend actually did the motor mounts for me. There was no visible damage and there was no gap. It doesnt make sense for there to be a gap because the engine is held up by the mounts, if the mount is crushed the engine will sit lower, there will be no gap unless there is massive damage to the mounts. Oh yea, and I'm not an expert I just stayed at a Holiday Inn Express!
