Looking for pics of 430's w/H&R springs & stock wheels
I've searched the forums on this but still have a couple of questions. I'd like to get my 430 lower (especially in the front) and was thinking of H&R OE Sport Springs. I don't want to make the ride much harsher and I'm not looking to goto 18" wheels.
1. Anyone have pics of their 430 with just the H&R springs with stock AMG 17" wheels?
2. How can I tell what spring pad (8mm-20mm+) I have in the front? If I'ts a 20mm+ I would think going to an 8mm would give me more of the look I want. (raked and lowered in the front) Who can install them? How much?
3. Can anyone explain why the rears (17x8.5) with 225-45's will not work on the front. This would be a great look to have the dish on all 4 corners.
4. Spacers: anyone have 10-15mm spacers on the back? How does it look? What kind? Recommendations?

Spacers will look good in the front and rear of the car with the stock 17"s. The offset of the rear wheel is incompatible with the front, so you can not use the rears in the front. The picture I posted is with stock spring pads (4/3) and no spacers.

do u.s. spec clks ride very high as standard... ?
my uk standard "elegance 430 seems to sit as low as these pics with the h+r springs on - whci hworry's me cos i wanted to order them as my car is very sloppy round the corners?
im not trying to start a fight... i am just curious?

haha, i dont know if you are joking or not man, but if not, I got my side AMG emblems off of Ebay, like $30 US, they just use 3M adhesive and stick right on. I think they are on Ebay on a farely consistent basis.

Im not sure if they are actually made by AMG, i would assume not, but they look real enough for me. I just checked ebay, and there are no AMG ones on there right now that i could find, just Brabus and others, but stay heads up im sure they will be back on there.
