What model and kind of CLK?

They should carry whatever you need at a much lower cost.

I bought all my stuff on e-bay and spent no more then around 700 and did all the work myself. Pretty easy and took about 8 hours total. I just had trouble with one rear rotor that was stuck. Pretty simple and straight forward. There are several writeups here with nice pics on how to DIY.

Parts needed would be the front pad sensors, pads, and rotors. (Don't forget to upgrade the pads and rotors. : I ended up getting some crossdrilled brembo rotors and some axxis pads.)

Seven bills? For brake parts? Pair of front rotors; $120, pair of rears; $80, front pad set; $70, rear pad set; $45, and a pair of front pad sensors; $7. That’s less than half. Did I leave some parts off? Even if I tossed in the e-brake kit; $25, the wheel bearing kit; $50, and a quart of ATE blue or gold; $15, I'd still be under four and a quarter.

Crossdrilled rotors and pads ran me $450 shipped for all 4. ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Merce...spagenameZWDVW ) Apparently they are cheaper now by $50.

Sensors were $20 shipped.

Fluid was $20 locally. But can be found on e-bay as well.

I guess my total was around $500. I don't have a good memory. (Been over a year now)

The old sensors just slide off and the new ones slide on. Simple. If you've changed brakes before on rotors, this is a simple job.
