I have an idea.....is anyone willing to "host" the group (prolly only be 10 or so) at their home? If so, I can bring the 17-minute AMG Movie I mixed for the Atlanta Meet and can play it if you all want.
I'd have you guys at my place, but I don't have a decent sized t.v. or room enough for everyone. Anyone who hosts us gets a copy of the DVD to keep.

Hmmm...anybody know where Hiawassee, GA is? Right next to NC. My grandpa has a place on the lake there. It's a nice place, plus you can drive over/through the mountains and there are FEW cops hehe. Plenty of room and parking. I could look into it if that's the best option we have. What kind of time frame are we looking at?

It may be hard for everyone to get up there during the holiday season. That's a 2 hour drive each way plus time for the meet. Perhaps this first meet, we can have it closer to ATL so as many folks as possible can attend.

2nd or 3rd sounds great. Tech's in the ACC championship Saturday, so early afternoon might be an important time for me. But if Saturday's the best option, it would still be ok. I like Sunday

Sure, although I'm pretty sure I'm not allowed inside (long story). As long as I figure out how to get this shift control box back together. I fabricated an internal cover to prevent the liquid in the console/limp home/$300 sensor replacement from happening again. Works, I think - but my hand almost fell off trying to hold the shift lever spring while I push it back into the box.
