Still have ABS Malfunction after switch replacement

Can someone please help me!! I followed the advice and replaced the Stop lapmp switch and the 3 lights came off for about 1 week and then the lights came on again!!!

Now, I re-checked the connection to the switch and they are on there properly. So what else can make the light come on AGAIN!!

Has anyone else ran into this?

It sound like you need to replace your camshaft positioning sensor... It will cost you a lot more then the brake switch... Good luck man!

I don't think it's the CPS because that would trigger the check engine light and not the BAS/ESP/ABS light. Some one on Benzworld recently had the same problem and it end up being a bad ground of some sort. That also made the washer fliud to go crazy as well. Read the link.

I also changed the CPS because my car was turning off when hot and sometimes wouldnt start back up after long drives until it cooled down. Changing the CPS fixed this immediatelly and that was only 2 months ago and was a PITA to change so it wouldnt be that sensor again I dont think.

I also have the washer fluid problem that runs out within days after filling it all the way up and not using it along with the ABS sensors at the same time even after replacing the switch. But he doesnt give a good explanation so I asked for more info. Any more info on this problem???

I had all of my sensor lights on before I had it fixed man, but since he's already changed his CSPS before I am sure it wasn't the problem

Senia, I never knew that the CPS can throw the abs light, but thanks for the heads up.

Don't want to sound to simply on this but have you tried to recalibrate?
...taken from the other list....Calibrate your ABS and ESP systems by turning the steering wheel all the way to your RIGHT and then all the way to your LEFT, then bring it back to the middle. Not sure of key position.
