Where did you get your Carlsson RS bumper?
I just got 4 bumpers from Diabolix Racing and they fit soooooo ****ty that I cant even use them. I was guaranteed perfect show finish
The best company I've dealt with so far is Felix at Europassion. People post up where you got yours and how you liked fitment.

Yea man. I took the bumper to Bubba and he told me it wont fit around the headlights. I'm gonna try and get my money back from this *******! He said it wont work. I can give you the bumper to see what your guy can do with it if you want.

Ok, I worked out a deal with Felix. Basically I will get a group buy and have them all shipped to NYC via air freight to Felix's contact there. From there we will have to pay customs and shipping to your door. I dont have exact numbers for the shipping nor the customs. I have to get the group buy together by the end of this month (which is when he makes shipment). $400/bumper (that includes shipping to NYC and price of bumper, Does NOT include customs nor shipping to your door which will be paid after they arrive in NYC). Who's in?

diabolixracing is the seller.
like all aftermarket fiberglass bumpers,a perfect fit is impossible, but a fiberglass specialising in fiberglass kits can install a kit to fit good,we have installed many of these and had satisfied customers, the car pictured for example.I have no problem in refunding the amount of the bumper once we recieve it in good shape.we are not responsible for the shipping. thanks.
check out his negative feedback and others having fitment issues with his products....
i dono if i shud try sellin it or just send it bak to him and cut my losses (mostly on shipping)...prob only get like $200 back at the end

I've never seen that guy before. I would be very careful when purchasing because none of the pics he uses are from his kit. They are all pics of other people cars that I have seen before (All of them are pic sof the authentic bumpers). But if you want to try it and let us know, feel free.

That guy is right, no fiberglass kit will fit like OEM or "perfect"and will need some modifications to fit properly. I myself had this problem a few years back when I was getting it installed and of course it didn't fit around the headlight like everyone elses kit. So my body shop modified it, did some cutting, fiberglass, and bondo to make it fit as good as it could get, of course it costs more but its worth it. If I recall JoshK (a member on here) went and cut half of his OEM bumper and half of his Carlsson kit, had his body man mold them 2 together to get it right. You get what you pay for, it is a REPLICA so don't expect to get an OEM fitment for 400 bucks or whatever you paid for it...ask joshK how much he spent alone just for his installation on his bumper...I also paid a grip for labor on my kit.
If you think getting a kit/bumper from Felix without any probs, think twice. You are still going to have to modify it to fit like "OEM". I'm not saying Felix sells bad products but I am saying that its fiberglass and it will need work to fit the way you want it to. He will also tell you that himself. He does have that new GFRP material that can bend or what not and suppose to be better than the material that was used back then which was just fiberglass or whatever that didn't bend at all.
IMO...keep the bumpers you have, get a GOOD body shop that KNOWS what their doing and HAS expecerience with kits and fiberglass and I guarantee you they could get it to work, just pay the extra cash and not be cheap. You already have the kit in hand why waste more time and money on another kit that will need midifcations as well...good luck!!

Secondly, if you're trying to say I'm cheap you might wanna rethink that statement.

I've had three different Carlsson RS REPLICA bumpers and none of them fit as poorly as these. I wouldnt mind paying 2 grand for a bumper that fit right! I might have the bodyshop mold the 2 bumpers together like Josh K as well.

Other pluses are keeping you stock impact strip, and bumper reinforcements. Only draw back is the cost factor, but to me it was worth it.
