It's just a straight drop in for your CLK 430 Ahmad like the C43. You could sell the tranny or swap your CLK430 tranny out for this one which is not necessary.
Then you'll have TWO monsters!!!!!!! One N/A and one F/I. Both = tons of fun to drive!!!
PS or drop it in and sell the CLK430/55 hybrid. I'd probably think of buying it from you once I rob the bank!

They dont make a pulley for the Kleemann s/c to raise boost. 7 PSI is all you get unless you get a custom pulley made. You can always do headers and ECU tune to up the power. I bet a Kleemann CLK430 will spank a stock/slightly modded CLK55 all day

If you are serious I can personally go and check it out first and make sure everything is 100% legit! I would Bid on it if first you want and when the auction is over DO NOT SEND any $$ until I chk out the Vin,serial# everything FIRST! I don't want or need any $$ from this or chking it out. I just think it's a good look and just wanna help others experience what i've been experiencing by dropping this thing in my AMG C43.
Kleeman can be done last if you want. To me just doing the 5.5l is a big jump and improvement enuff in HP over the beloved 4.3L motor.
The fun factor increases 10 fold. Ask my (NYCSRT8)who owns a modded(headers,ECU,CAI,Full exh,stck 425hp)) 300CSRT8! He'll tell ya! Thank god he also weighs 4,400lbs with him in the car. Cars basically run neck and neck. He recently ran 12.7's at E-town with Enzom! That thread is posted in the W211 E55 sect.

It says motor and tranny so I will assume so till i go and see it! You will not need the ECU,yours will work with it just fine the same way the ECU in my C43 has. Which is still in my car now!

PS! This will work in any E series V8,S,CL,ML,that uses the 4.3L or 5.0L M113 motor!

Once you get your ride put back together with your new rims, BBBBBK, alcantara interior and the paint job you've cooked up you'll have the "show" part maxxed out. What better than to get a 55 dropped in there -after all, it's the ultimate building block for the "go" part. Even if you do nothing else performance-wise, you'll be glad you 55'd it. PLUS, the 55 engine will give you worry-free N/A power that any local shop will gladly fix if anything ever goes wrong. Dooooo it!

Did the CLK430K in the Benzo Magazine layout several years ago have headers and ECU? According to that article the CLK55 and CLK430K both had 0-60 times of 4.9 IIRC....I forgot the 1/4 miles times.
