Dear All,
I need to remove the small compartment under the radio. I am pretty sure that there is The way to do it without destroying this nice piece of german art

I thought you needed the radio keys even to pull that... I know I removed mine a while back but I don't remember.

Once you remove the radio then you will see that the little pocket has a clip on each side. You push in on each clip and pull out at the same time.. very easy slides right out.

Deltasonik is correct, once the radio is out the compartment comes out very easily. You will, however, need radio keys to get the radio out.

Ah... I remember that now. I wanted to take it out before and I know I had to take out the radio, but I didn't remember what for.

HEY!! Does anybody know what part # this is?? I took mine out and sawed it up real nice to use as a mounting bracket for my sirius...it looks nice, but when the sirius is gone it won't. Might be nice to buy a replacement. Thanks!
