The pics suck because I borrowed my neighbors camera...my brother has mine. Sorry for the shaky pics.

So the wheels have Brabus trunk emblems. I think they look better then the Sevas I had...or maybe I was just sick of them.

The steering wheel has an older authentic Brabus hood emblem that was fitted by grinding down the fukt up old MB emblem. I may end up going with a different Brabus emblem that my local shop has...I haven't decided yet.

The new springs are Shatz...they still haven't settled all the way yet. I've got #1 pad in front and #2 on the back. The car was lifted about 2 inches from what I had before...she was slammed before with wheels tucking to the rim.

Tires are now thicker:
225/35/20 and 255/30/20

I used to have 225/30/20 and 245/30/20

I posted these pics because some of you were curious. I don't really care if you like or disagree with what I did because I'm just bored with my car and I will probably be buying something later this year...I think a 996 C4S, not sure yet.

Shud settle sum more...the springs are only 2 weeks old. If they dont settle more I'll be putting the #1 pads in the back also along with no pad in front. The back is what looks high because if you pay attention to the front the tire is almost tucking.

Springs were cut and they were just too low for my 20's that's why I swaped them. And I'm driving a lot more now because of a new job so I wanted a smoother ride and I got it.

Nankangs - Who cares - the car rolls a lot smoother.

lol @ hersh hating on the brand of tires..

i was gonna say the same though about the drop obviously its gonna look better before when your car was super dropped.. when your car was riding super dropped it was prob. one of the best looken clks i've ever seen..

anyhow i bet it looks alot better in person.. ill prob. be getting 20's or trying to figure out a way to drop my car even more because of you..

center caps and wheel center cap looks very nice.. all in all i'm always jealous of the means you have to completely update your car on a daily basis.. if i wanted to get springs/shocks changed or spring pads changed i'd have to make an appt at this shop like a month in advance... than pay out the arsehole.

My car looks really nice in person. It will settle more but will never look like the extreme drop I had before. Believe me...it's my car and I feel it the most when I look at how high it sits right now. My car looks a lot lower than a lot of peoples cars on this forum the way it is now. I don't have a a wheel gap upo front. The back will be next.

If you want my old Brabus springs that are cut for a sick drop let me know and I'll sell them to you at a very fair price.

If you went with 20's and my springs you would need the biggest spring pads. #5 and #4

If you went with 19's and my springs you would need a #2 and #3 pads.

Let me know.

Thanks. It will settle some more. I'll probably slap on a #1 pad in the back if it doesn't go low enough. But if you see it in person it looks good...it's just not as extreme.

It's normal drop like everyone else has.

Steering Wheel grind down and Brabus emblem install - $60 total

Springs and install - $300

Tires - $300 with my Falkens as a trade because they were almost new

Brabus Wheel Emblems - $28 each

Total = $772

The car still looks hot even though it's not extreme anymore. And it rolls really smooth and very tight with no body roll.

Thanks for the compliment even though I'm rolling a little more conservative now like everyone else on here.

I painted over it. It was a very cheap mod...$50 at the local body shop.

Thanks for the compliment.

You're right...but so should the 20's.

I'm sooooo bored with the car....some days I like it and other days I just want to go buy something else. I just don't want to get stuck with a big car payment for a car of my choice...and I don't want to fork out a ton of cash either for a different car. I'm getting older and I need to buy a house next year...and buying one in Los Angeles is not easy or cheap. I've got a lot of thinking to do because a 2002 996 C4S with a GT2 Tail and an E39 M5 are looking very tempting.

Thanks.

I don't know if you noticed but if you look at my fenders and wheel wells they look like they need to be filled since they were rolled and pulled when my car was slammed.

Do you think I should get some Hub Centric Spacers to kick out these wheels now to the edge? Take a good look at the angled side view pics and tell me what you think.

The specs on your wheels is this, correct?

20x8.5 ET 40mm - 235/35/20
20x10 ET 25mm - 255/30/20

I think that the rear wheels looks pretty aggressiv as is. But you seem to have some space left to fill on the front fenders. Maybe you can try a 8mm spacer on the front to take to ET32, this is a common offset to run on the front wheels.

If you kept your Bilstiens I would suggest having your installer cut the bump stops on the shock tower or just go with Koni yellows.

If you're curious to know what your car would look like with 19's and my Brabus springs check out this link. This is was the last set of 19's I had on the car. My spring pads were way to small...

I was running NO PAD ON THE FRONT and a #1 on the back.

imphaded, after you buying that super wing for your car, I think you set yourself back.

Anyways, yo CLK FAN wassup bro! Loving that new look but you know what you should consider, is the KW2 coilovers, seriously, gots some nice ride quality and not only that you can adjust the ride height whenever you feel like it, slam the *****, tighten it up, do WHATEVER. and a person of your caliber and your cars hotness should be rolling on some KW2s

One more question, the Falkens you traded in what were they? 512s? I'm running the new updated versions of the 512 Falkens Ziex (912s) and loving it, great fookin look, the stance is even better and now I'm running a little more meat in the back (265s) and it sets the car off. Hopefully I can show you one of these days, on a GTG, better yet come down to the Santa Monica C-Class drive event thing, it's this weekend on Sat (18th) at the Hangar, if you need more info PM me, it's gonna be dope. Peace my brotha.
