i need performance parts
ok the clk 430 is great stock smoked my buddies dakota r/t but i need to get it to keep up with my other friends 500 hp eclipse and so main question turbo's i need one would prefer a twin turbo set up but i just bought my new baby 2 weeks ago and i need some help from u the pros who have had the cars so where do i go to get what i need to push 500 hp and what is the easiest way there? i know it's a feat but i'm giving myself a year also any more agressive body kits? hoods? cosmetics for the clk i'm having a lil trouble getting this beautiful lil german to start it's transformation

ya I'd say there's a HUGE price difference in modding an eclipse vs. clk. I used to have a GST, crazy cheap to fix. Why didn't you just get an AMG? a whole lot faster. hope your ready to break bread to fix your car up.

haha ok ok i have some cash i sell bmw's so money not a huge thing but i need to know what direction i can't find part online for the life of me but then again i really don't know what to search for. The 1999 clk's didn't have an amg correct? i like to get normal cars and make it fast finally i have a car to work on instead of all my buddies but sites or buisnesses where i can start would be greatly appreciated i'm looking at possibly just an intake exhaust power chip ecu combo to start hopefully be sitting mid 300's what do u think and where do i go?

don't quote me, but i believe a good kleemann setup will cost u 12k min...up to about 18k depending on what u have done.

Seriously though, you're not touching a 500hp eclipse with a CLK430 unless you get a CUSTOM twin turbo setup with a fully built motor. Can you say $$$? Oh yea, and noones done it before. You should of bought the CLK55 and gone to Kleemann. Its also expensive. Supercharger parts alone are close to $12k. Throw in ECU tune, headers, LSD, and cams and you're way over $20k. If you want a renntech carbon fiber intake i'll sell you mine for $1000+shipping.

well sounds like performance parts are slim and i bought this one b/c it just fell in my lap a 99 w/ 80k miles for 13 grand sounded like a good deal and the car beautiful so ya but clk55 hmm sounds like i need a car upgrade not parts upgrades i'll get some pics up soon tho my wheels aren't gonna be in for about 4 weeks or so but i post pics after they are put on as well k thanks guys i need 20-25k to get to where i want to be well **** i guess i should look for a new poject then again i do love a challange thanks again
