CLK32 is it possible???
Thanks
Unfortunately, the bad thing was that the car was still not quicker than a stock SLK32 AMG. It probably would have been cheaper to just throw in all of the SLK32 components (engine, transmission, differential, brakes, etc.)
If you're serious about it, you really should consider the Kleemann kit instead.

ok.. kind of confused... but how can a car putting down 440hp still be slower than the slk32AMG having 349 hp...

RENNtech's response was that the test-driver from Car & Driver had too much wheelspin on launch, although you'd think they would have done a few runs.
I posed this question to Renntech a long time ago. The response was that Renntech could do the conversion. It would cost approx $24,000. The supercharger is not just bolted on to a standard 320 engine. It has different compression (among other things) which would require different pistons (not exactly engine inclinded help?). I have a feeling that Renntech's low boost supercharger kit is almost the same as the 32 engine? It might be cheaper for them to just fit a 32 engine in a CLK. Also, why use the AMG supercharger when Kleeman will give you 330hp!
For the money, you will be best off with a Kleemann.
