Red face guys need your help on this

ok so here it is what kind of compression ratio can the m113 hold before i blow a head? also someone told me i can use two head gaskets to lower the compression but i dont know about that, sounds a little iffy? so what do you guys say.

2001 clk55 AMG
for N/A motor 11.5 comp is about the limit for 93 octane gas forced induction you should run 8.5-9.0 comp.
stacking head gaskets is not a good idea i dont think it would work out.

thanks same idea here i am looking into getting thicker gaskets made. for every .025" thicker the gaskets are it will drop 1 static compression (ie. at sea level)

hey what is the size of the crank pulley on the 430 engine and also will a c32 or 55 crank pulley fit our car thanks guys.

I don't agree. There are plenty of supercharged 55's that run 10.5:1 or even 11:1 c/r.

Stacking head gaskets is not a good idea, just have one custom made and if you want to run high boost I would keep it under 9:1

Hey BB what is high boost. it was going to drop down to 9:1 CR and run about 10 PSI. i fill be running 55K cams, meth, bigger fuel pump and injectors. any help would be really nice thanks guys

Ted Baldwin swapped to a C32 pulley on his W210 E55 but it required changing all the pulleys and a new AC compressor. Heres a link.

yeah i saw that. but he wants $1500 just for the A/C. heres the question what do the y run pulley wise on the 55K motors. 6 or 8 rib? ether way can i pull those pulleys and swap them to my car so that i can run my S/C on 8 rib and the accessories on 6 rib.

You can run alot more than 10PSI with 9:1 CR. I'm running ~8.5PSI with stock block of 10.5:1 CR. Sounds like you have big plans, who is going to tune it for you?

so guys does anyone know what kind of boost/ power i can run with out granading my bottom end or trans? i spoke to a few shops and they all said i can run about 8/9 psi safely with meth without lowering my CR.
