Pick whatever has the most options you like. An alarm is a toy, and I only use it for it's convenient features. The only protection they offer is towards the amature teenage starting out punk thief.
If a "pro" wants your ride, they will get it no matter what. Don't depend on your alarm to do much. I know people that go out and steal alarms from cars, so what does that tell you.

I used to repo cars. Whatever you buy will keep the amateurs and the kids away and annoy your neighbors when it goes off. If your ride is on the list, it's gonna go bye-bye. The best protection is to have insurance...and keep those payments up.
