Rubbing issues with new wheels

So I got new Euro63RS on my car(8.5 in front and 9.5 in rear). And on my front when im in reverse and turn my steering wheel left my front right tire rubs on something. It is not the wheel well or fenders. What else could it be?

99CLK320,
put it on a hoist that lifts the car by the tires so there is a load on the suspension, turn the wheel all the way to the left, raise it up and look under the right wheel. that has to be something that is close to rubbing something. does it rub on the rubber tire or the metal rim? take the wheel off the car and look for ware marks on the tire and the rim. does the left wheel rub when you back up with the wheel turned to the right? does it rub going forward in either directions? process of elimination should give you an answer.

245/35/19. Not stretched or anything. On a 8.5 inch rim.

Had it on a lift in the air. Took a look at it and had the mechanic look at it real quick. Could really find anything. The rim is fine. I think its probably the tire rubbing somewhere on the plastic.
