What does every clk need

After 10 years of existence and 6 years of ownership by me, I am finally putting some money into my car outside of my normal audio and wheel improvements.

I have bought the following:
Front and Rear Strut bars (Thanks VIP)
H&R Springs
Bilstein Sport Shocks Front and Rear
Ghost's Rear Camber Kit
KMAC front camber kit to be orders this weekend
Air intake kit (Thanks VIP again)
Rear seat delete currently in the works
Took off the MB star off the hood and replaced with flat emblem

But what I want to know is what else does a CLK need. Would like anyone to chime in and mention mods they have done which I may not be thinking about.

How much would I benefit from an ECU tune given the purchase of my intake kit? Who do you recommend for an ECU tune?

Thanks and I am looking forward to hearing from you all.

Here's a couple of fairly minor mods that have a big impact. Have you considered replacing the grill? Also, have you tinted the windows? The grill makes the car look more modern and the tint makes it look mysterious!

tint for sure! upgrade your lights! Smoked lights or LED for the rear, for sure get rid of that orange reflector in the front bumper! go either clear or smoked... as for headlight i dont like any of the clear projector looking ones but an HID kit for your headlights and fogs would look good! For the inside maybe get rid of the old looking wood. Do like a carbon fiber or black for a more modern look, some AMG pedals look nice ummm maybe do breaks, drillled and slotted rotors. Just some ideas

99CLK320,
PERFORMANCE

I, personally, would go for the performance mods like you have over visual mods. ghostrider has fabricated short tube headers for the V8 and is working on those for the V6. Hope to have the cash for them this spring. these keep your primary cats and O2 sensors in play. An ECU/chip tune by INMotionusa.com has improved the performance and mileage of my 320.(I have vip's bars and intake) Powerchip.com is another tuner and more expensive but promises a bit more hrspwr and torque than the others. SpeedTuning is another. Some have had issue issues with the later. Renntech, Brabus and Kleeman offer performance packages that are very pricy. I want a SprintBooster but don't have the $ today. This goody is supposed to eliminate the throttle lag inherrent in drive by wire cars like ours. I would like to hear more feedback from owners of the SprintBooster. Oh yeah, don't forget a performance exhaust by SuperSprint, Magnaflow etc and free flow secondary cats.

Performance stuff is a definite priority, but some very simple things to change the look of the car that i have done is smoked my tails, mirrors, and orange markers. Also, led city lights and fogs makes the car look real mean.

I'd like to see that Alpine setup. Got any pics and/or a link?

replacing the steering damper with a car that old would be a good idea considering you just spent all that money on suspension upgrades. A steering damper is around $40

I havent replaced mine yet as im only at 50k but as its so cheap i might just do it anyway
