What a project! You practically have every performance mod I've been wanting to get.
Have you gotten that beast on the dyno or on the 1/4 mile track?
) it does 112 mph, this is with a cylinder misfire, and very very bad traction ... so based on a formula on http://www.aspracing.com/index-5.html, which i put my cars weight then trap speed it gave me HP, then put the HP and Weight in the formula below it gives me an estimated time ... values i plugged the first formula are
3461 lbs, and 112 mph gives me 379 rwhp
then plugged these in 2nd formula below
12.17 secs
yesterday i tried to pull next to a friend that has a M5 V10 (507hp) from a rolling start of 20 mph on the first gear he pulled a car length due to very bad traction then i caught him on second gear my car's nose on his front doors, 3rd gear stayed the same, until my car misfired and we stopped. my car is running in a very safe setup, ignition retarded very much from original (~14 degrees) and with low octane fuel in DAS software too and AFR is between 10~11.5, when i finish from the fueling issues & an aggressive tune we are expecting much much better results
yup yup, how is your turbo install going? very very nice work you have done too
Is Jerry a tuner or just good with mercedes? Me and another member are trying to figure out tuning options we can do ourselves and cant find the software that can read our ECU's and make changes to them. I would love to talk to him or maybe you can put a bug in his ear for us? We would greatly appreciate it!

Couple questions. How is the Bosch 044 fuel pump working out for you? Did you switch all your pulleys to a 8 rib setup?

well the bosch 044 pump was quite an easy install, but u need the right fittings and u need to fabricate a clamp instead of the small one already there, i also had to raise the pressure to 5bar (using 1:1 fuel pressure regulator) to make the e55k injectors happy, the most annoying thing is the sound, and i have a feeling that when it whines too loud its heating the gas which is a performance draw back. there are people who covered it with a layer of rubber and no longer have an issue with the sound, but i don't think this will help regarding heating.
as for the 8 ribbed setup, as u probably know the e55k has 2 belts, u will need to buy all the pulleys of the e55k including one small bracket for one of the pulleys didn't find it in the us got it from a dealer in germany. i have the part number if u like. Also u need a tensioner and a new water pump, in my case i also needed the thermostat with housing too. but i suspect this will work right in your kleemann setup, did u look under the hood of the C32/slk32 crossfire srt6? they should be identical to the m113 engine but with 8 rib instead of 6 rib?? just food for thought...
i will really be glad if u can ask the guys how built up your transmission if they can sell me a kit? and i install it locally here? i already swapped out the soliniods to the blue tops one, shifting is firm, but i feel its slower
u know ur car inspired me the most that a clk can be fast!

Thanks for tall the detailed info
The people that built my trans are called Southern Hot Rod. I was dealing with Eddie there. I don't know if they can send out parts because I asked them the same thing years ago but maybe they have changed. Wouldnt hurt to give them a call and see what they can do for you. The prices have come down too
Thanks for the compliment. Your car must be fast now!
