Man, every time you post my mouth opens looking at your work. The mulit port meth/H20 system, the cranckcase vac pump setup, the HPS gen II. Its like you did everything I wanted and did to my motor only better and much more successful. *******!

The star pump looks sick! I bought a replacement oil cap when I ran mine and taped a vac/boost gauge to it to monitor cranckcase environment. I was getting a tiny bit of vac at idle more like air movement. At redline the pump would generate about 7-8 inches if I recall. I had a vac relief valve installed on the opposite end of the valve cover set to 10inches.

More people here should get a look at what you've done.

Hahaha thanks bro!!! If you look at the top of the pump in between the 2 fittings, the blue fitting with the nut..... thats the adjustable regulator. When I first installed it, I was running 4 to 5 inches at idle and 16 to 18 running... which was suprising that the motor can actually produce that much. I have it set at 0 to 2 idle and under 10 running. I rebaffled the covers and everything is mint now. I also have a fitting in the cover for a vac gauge. I will be installing a NOS direct port kit shortly and thats about it for modding the car, it is what it is, however fast it is, it is. Currently working on new rims, front bumper and hood.

This probably isn't the answer you want but the best cheapest route would be to sell the Clk430 for a Clk55. Mods are pretty expensive on these cars and the price difference between the w208 430 and 55 is pretty small with 2014 depreciation. By the time you get to 342 crank hp range you will have spent more than you would have trading for a clk55.
