depends on a lot of things, rims, offset, spring pad, different clk are not all consistent, some rub and some dont with the exact same set up.

specs sound right but do a test fit before you buy if you can. also reseach on tire side wall roundness if they fit very close to the fender wells or suspension bolt...might need to run stretched tires or tires with round side wall vs a very square profile.

i dont remember my wheel specs, but when i first got the my 19's 235/35/19 fronts and 265/30/19 rear fit find with the old falken grbs, now they rub with the new falken fk452 so much that i now run stretched, went down to 215s in the front on 8.5 guess it was too stretched so I bubble 3 tires on the front before going back to 235 since i had a pair of goodyears in the garage, but if i had to start from scratch again, I would run 225/35/19 front and 255/30/19 rear just to besure I wont rub. hope that helps, also research the forum, lots of tread on this matter

NO it wont even if u go with #1 pad from e320 front and rear.
i'm sitting at no pads and i got 19 and got HR same one that u got. and im fine
it does rub if i bust u turn FULLY otherwise no..and it will rub if there is a deep dip in the road...
I got the kmac camber kit and that helped a lot and got my tires straight up and close to the fender.
i got also 15mm spacer in the rear but u might wanna roll the fender ($60) if u are planning to have people sitting with u.

when i had #1 pad all around, i did NOT have probs even with u turn but i wanted my car slammed so i took em off

im at 235/35/19 all around because i wanted it slam.
u should be fine with your pads, but if want it lower, get pad #1 or 2.
your tires should fit as well as far as i know off

so i should be fine with 245 in the front and 265 in the rear? and about the pad is only 5mm different if i switch them out. why your car look so low, even without the pad it shouldnt been that low, you have the h&R pro kit spring? which lower 1.9 in front and 1.6 rear?

I am running the same as big mike, 235 all the way around, but i wouldnt go bigger than that, 225 and 255 would be safe, 235 and 265 would be okay too depending on rim's offset and tire side wal round or squareness combo...i had 245 on 18s that fit but look like crap cuz the stuck out way too far for my taste and rubbed on turns. I also had 265.30.19 with Michelin ps2 and the back rubbed the fender....i dont have rolled fenders...the rest of my tire trials i posted above.

btw i am on eiback prokit so my set up is different from yours...if you still want 245s in front...might be cutting it close
