Those are Axis Milanos, no longer in produstion I believe. Da Guitarist has a set, they look great on a w208. And btw I currently have 19" chrome Lorinser LM5's on my clk and love them. (old pic in sig).

edit: the picture you showed with the red CLK has AXIS MILANOs or these:

and the one i sent u from ebay are lorinser lm5 style. the lm5 start thinner from the center of the 5 spokes and get bigger, where as the axis milano or lexion style are straight the whole spoke. good luck

those Lexions are very nice set , only issue i see is living in northeast and daily driver , not worth it. Maybe if i had other beater for daily use then it would be diff story. Going through Craigslist , lot of wheels for sale except always there is one or two bend wheels with that.
