Now the picture is taken of the drivers seat, while the door is open.
If you sit in the left hand driven driversseat and look down to your left while the door is open you will first see a silvery strap/list/board, looking about 5 cm more to the left you will see a plastic list/board/strap.. but wait, in the picture there is no plastic whatever?!? thats right, theres only the paint of the car and plastic plugs.
"so you want to put a new plastic strap where it is supposed to be?"
"well, um, yes"...
Thanks.

Well done - now we see what the problem is (a picture tells a thousand words).
It is the bottom rocker panel which is missing - it is made out of plastic, hooks into those yellow sockets and then underneath the car you would attached it with plastic studs. Dealer would be the best place to get them or from a scrap yard. The shape will also be different depending if it is pre 99 or post 99 and then AMG uses an even fancier one. Best is to down load various pics of the different models of W208 to see which you prefer.

All right, time to pull my head out of my ***.
It is the rocker panel. It is black. Pre 1999 and the plugs are ref. Now I only need to find one. If anyone got one for sale please post.
Thanks

Daniel,
Mercedes calls them "scuff plates".
The rest of the civilized world calls them "door sills".
The scuff plate is under the door.
The rocker is also under the door, and wraps to the bottom of the uni-frame.
If it is neither of these parts, then make sure you're driving a Mercedes, and not a Avtovaz Lada
You seem to indicate that your part was only missing on one side.
Post a picture of the one you have.
You posted neither the year of your car, nor your location, so if you are in Siberia or Nigeria, you're out of luck if you're looking for a dealership parts counter. You'll have to either move to Stuttgart, or rely on the internet, and the kindness of strangers.
Here is a link to parts.com for the door sill for my car. Use the link to identify your car and part.

Here's a link if it's not a Mercedes:

You can also get them with ghetto lights:
