the first set are basically like the Lorinser LM-5 wheels... and I think they look real nice...

the last one... well, thats too retro for my taste, but of course, these will ultimately be for you to use & enjoy... so you need to be happy with your purchase rather then listening to what forum members tell you to do

btw, are you talking about $500 each?

Cause if you are looking for that Lorinser LM-5 look, you can buy replicas on ebay for about $1000 or so for a complete set...

shop around before you buy... be smart

If you like those kinda wheels check out the ADR wheel on wheelmax.com

You can get BBS CH wheels in 19x8.5 from tirerack for less than 500 a wheel and they won't weight a ton like those do. Check out tirerack.com, tires.com, and of course ebay.

PS don't forget the classifieds here on mbworld

No but I can guarantee that they are not light. Call them up and ask them. Tirerack is starting to post the weight of some of their wheels now.

Those wheels are nice for jap cars. honestly for around 2k you should either get replicas of either brabus or lorinser, or try to find some used carlsson or lorinser, etc. Honestly on a car like the clk the niche kaotik wheels look tacky, their are not made for these cars, hence tahts why you never really see them on a benz.

I agree with leggs. Go with rims that are ment to be on a benz. they never go out of style but rims like kaotik, neeper, niche...those are cool for a little while, but they get played out quick.

They are nice. Personally I don't like the chrome (unless your car is black).

That is exactly what one of my friends said to me. about the jap cars..I am confused though since the kaotiks are exactly lm-5 style the only difference is a the lm-5 have 4 rivets and the kaotiks have 5 rivets. And then I saw this Benz and I think it looks really good.

I personally think that the kaotiks are lm-5 knockoffs and ya the car is black so I want to go chrome.. I really appreciate everyones advice and opinions though keep them coming!
