Talking Rims and Springs

Hi all, just would like some info/advise on some changes im gonna be making on my clk. I ordered some chrome 18in CL style wheels which should be arrving shortly. I noticed there are many posts recommending springs to top this look off. what recommendations do you all have as far as that goes. I noticed H&R has a sport stage II spring kit that is what supposedly most people use who want to acheive the "aggressive" look. I want to go for an agressive look, but not low enough to where its gonna cause problems. What do you all think, and please post pics if possible, thanks. I just put 20in giovanna attacks on my 03 Aviator, looks sweet. I plan to put pics up once all my rides are done. Thanks

sounds like its gonna sound hot... congrats!

if you want a nice low look, get the H&R Cup Kit.... If you want something higher, get a good set of springs & some Koni Yelow adjustable shocks.

Tirerack also carries them for $597 before shipping...

if you do a little search on the forum, i'm sure you'll find some good pics of CLK430s lowered with the cupkit....

my car's height is about the same as what you would get with the cupkit...

The cupkit is perfect IMO, although I like it a bit lower. Check out Evosport.com
