Torque values?

2002 CLK430 looking for ftlbs torque for lower ball joints. And brake caliper bolts.

I searched and this is all that came up.

That's fine I'll torque it just like I did the right hand side, to what I feel it should be. Simple information shouldn't need a vin for that. If you do its the only vehicle manufacture in the world that needs that for a common part torque value with in the same series and year.

It sounds to me like Plutoe was trying to do you a favor.

To use the WIS, one enters the VIN. Then, the WIS knows everything about the car being serviced. If you know of a way to look up the information you want without entering the VIN in the WIS, please post it.

Sorry I didn't know that. But I really don't want to be posting vins on the net anyway.
