It looks like the turbine is fed by cylinders 1-4. Is there a second turbo for the other side?

No, i just moved it up top due to heavy rains in my city. Right now its a single header setup. I looked into doing a twin turbo single inlet setup but there is no room for the up sweep needed to place the turbo. I'm in the process of building a Jig so that i can stick weld a kit for my buddy. I am thinking if down sizing the turbo because the unit in use was the one i use for the rear and it was sized for both banks not one. Im also thinking of making a singe inlet header for production.

Looks like your planning is in the right place. I like it

The W208 worst chassis flaw is in the exhaust exit. A 4" dump on each side might make them all look Trumped.

Programming is going to be the next nightmare. Be prepared

Cheers, Gator

Kudo's to trying something outside the box.

Do a forum search. Few years ago a member did a rear mount that was 80% done.
Intercooler location, piping, injectors, blowoff valve location and ECU info miight be helpful in your case
Unfortunately forced induction on an NA platform stresses parts past their intended capabilities unless you already have prior history of parts needed to be strengthened or modified like headgaskets
There's at least 3 distinct problems.
Making an entire forced air system from scratch.
Modifying the original NA cars entire systems to work a forced air system and probably the most important a piggyback or standalone ECU that will facilitate the kind of power worth all the modifications.

FWIW; Don't let the semi informed steer you toward a Megasquirt ECU
Look at some AEM's but just realize dyno time without an already available baseline can get expensive, definitely ask around your area first even before buying an ECU.
Good Luck
