Question Chrome Mesh insert w208 ? Do they exist for front spoiler

Does any one make these? mine is gone lost or stolen, I would think a Chrome mesh insert would look good on the silver, any ideas

This idea doesn't sound too good to me. I think the stock grill w/ flat hood emblem look nice already.

MINE WAS STOLEN OR LOST TOO. SO I DESIGNED MY OWN GRILLE FROM A PERFORATED METAL WHICH LOOK MORE PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN THAN SOME OF THE PEOPLE TRIED TO ATTEMPT WITH THE CHICKEN WIRE. I BEEN SELLING THEM LOCALLY IN SAN DIEGO. IF YOUR INTERESTED LET ME KNOW.

If you were in SoCal, I would tell you to go to Industrial Metal Supply in Sun Valley. They have a huge selection of mesh. That's where I got the perforated aluminum sheet I cut to fit my Carlsson bumper. That would look nice in the opening. I would personally powdercoat it black, but if you're going for the shiny bling bling look, then you can just leave it its original brushed aluminum color.

I have pictures both silver and chrome mesh grill installed on my car, but it's bigger than 1 mb.

If you like what you see i'll probably give out one for you for free, I have only two left. All you have to do is paid for shipping and handling.

Late post

I don't have a picture, but I have a friend who replaced the "meshy" spoiler grill inserts with charcoal grey almost black prepainted gutter protector mesh. He said the width was so close he barely had to trim it. He said it cost him $5 and I swear it looks as if it were OEM and better than the cheap plastic parts they stuck in there. Just like the chrome headlight rings that everyone goes nuts for when they see tthem on the w208. Why they weren't stock stumps me.
