Need help fast!!!!! trunk won't open clk 320
so this week I have time on my hands to work on my car. My convertible top wasn't working and my headrest was raised all the way up stuck had no fluid so I turn off the pressure off by sticking in a flat head and turning it. Then I removed everything from my truck to get to the motor pump. Found what's was leaking rear lock bow cylinders. I took off whole lock and I started taking the cylinder apart from the lock to sent it over to Top hydraulics to get it fix.Now I have no rear bow lock to keep the lock on place so it's kind of open,no fluid in the tank because I took out the old fluid inside, and my trunk doesn't want to open because it say the my soft top is open so the convertible switch has solid red light. I try to open the trunk with key,(spray with wd40) played with the lock for 10min moving it left, Remote holding the trunk open button and nothing
is there any way to open it now I'm stuck

That's a huge NO-NO....that will not only not open the trunk, but will end in needless $$$$ to replace.
I would also suggest not spraying the key hole with WD40, as it leaves behind a sticky residue, which will fowl up the ability to turn the mechanical key, in the future. Instead, if the key doesn't turn, use a product containing graphite that does not leave behind a residue.
The trunk lock/unlock system normally is controlled electrically (e.g. via fob or console switch), which then pneumatically, releases the catch from the switch plate.
When using the mechanical key, make sure you follow the procedure described in the owner's manual.
Specifically, the lock will not release, by just turning the key (e.g. as many locks do).
The correct procedure, is to turn the key about 45 degrees, counter-clock wise and then push in, which should, over-ride the normal pneumatic operation and mechanically release the catch from the switch plate.
