Both the AMG and the Brabus kits are polyurethane.

Yep, they're poly. Fiberglass is much more likely to warp and crack.

are those the only two made of polyurethane? carlsson and lorinser are just fiberglass? the stock amg kit on my 430 already cracked because it got caught on a parking stop cement block...if that's supposed to be the stronger of the kits, i'm having second thoughts about a carlsson and lorinser kit...

Yes, the others are fiberglass. Then again, nothing will hold up against cement.

Lightbulb

Injected molded plastic parts (the cheapest to make) can flex more than a cheap polyester resin fiberglass mat part, but the paint must also have a flex agent in it.

A properly fabricated composite part consisiting of any or all of S-Glass, carbon, and kevlar would be the best, and would take an impact. Thats why racing sportscar body parts are mostly made this way. The carbon or S-Glass has a high tensile strength and the kevlar gives the flexablity.
