Kinda figured that. Would love to hear about your results as I'm contemplating the same thing. Also, if you feel like taking pics of the process, I'd like to know how you do it. I've done it on a few trucks but never on a benz. Maybe do a "how to" thread?

I'll try to get something together. I was quoted $675 - 900 just for labor, I looked at a few vids and the shocks and springs on these are are really simple vs some of the cars I've worked on in the past, it should not take the 10hrs of labor I have been quoted.

I would question the capabilities of anyone who requires 10 hours to do springs and shocks on a W208.

I've had bilstein B8's and h&r's for the last 6k miles or so.
you need the spring compressor tool sold on Amazon etc. for the fronts which is the most difficult part of the job. I knicked my perch with the tool so be careful.
everyone is correct It definitely gives it a stiff/sporty ride. But smooth.
comfort is gone but oh well haha

Install was relatively easy, There was a learning curve but once you do once side, the other was quick. The various videos helped, what I didn't like about them is they didnt show you want not to do. @thedeuce01 if you still need some tips, let me know.

My existing suspension was completely worn so yes it was worth the money. I dont have a stock CLK 430 to compare it with though. I'd do it again, well worth it, some people say the suspension is stiffer than stock, but compared to modern sedans, it is not stiff at all. My Polestar 2 is much stiffer.
