Hi all, A year after selling my awesome CLK55AMG it's maybe time to get my feet wet again. I'm looking at a CLK430 this time in Designo. Over the years I've seen a few online but never in person, it's a pretty bold statement for me style wise. Appreciate any opinions, thanks!

I would be to get the data card for any MB vehicle your considering purchasing, which will provide the official details concerning a vehicle build (e.g. whether it's a CLK 320, CLK 430, CLK 55 AMG , Designo edition, delivery date, engine/transmission version and all equipped options..

All you need to get a data card, at no cost, is a vehicle VIN number.

Included below a sample data card, for 2003 CLK 430 Designo edition.

I have a 2001 Designo CLK 320 Coupe.

The leather is in good shape and original with Designo embossed in the seat back

The paint is dark gray with metal flakes

I added 18 inch rims MB with 20mm spacers

I have a w208 320 designo but the paintwork is not in good shape, not rusty but lacquer peeling. I’m wondering if it’s worth to salvage this just because it’s rare to have designo.?
