Steering Wheel covers? Any recomendations?

My wheel is all beat up. I'm an original owner of a 98 and the harsh Miami sun has chewed up my wheel pretty bad. My attempt to get a wheel on Ebay has failed me 3 times thus far. I have so many wheels that are either the wrong color or that won't fit my airbag it's not even funny. So I've decided to go with a cover. Anyone else ever put on one of these wheel covers? I'm thinking of going with a wheelskin. Has anyone used them before? Many thanks

its not that ebay has failed you exactly... you just need to know exactly what you need.

Tell me what color your interior is and maybe my old steering wheel will be of use to you. I'm sure others here who have upgraded their steering wheel would be happy to sell you their stock wheels also...

I have a black opal with oyster/grey interior. I'll need a 98-99 wheel w/o mult-function airbag wheel.

E 63S Wagon Renntech, E55 Renntech, SL65, SL 55 030, ML, bunch of old ones--they come, they go...
The next step...

after putting on the cover should be either the crown or the chrome gas filler cover....
There should be plenty of wheels available that would wok for your car, and don't forget the wrecking yards. Aren't you in S. Fla? What about Alan Gun over in Lauderdale? They do steering wheel refurbs for Porsche and BMW, I bet they could help you... I think it's AGLA.com (alan gun leather accessories), I believe they are in plantation...hope this helps.

Sounds like it's time for someone to do a multifunction cluster upgrade...

what if you put in the multi function without connecting any of the multi function stuff? or do you have to change out more stuff than just the wheel? i ask because my car is also oyster and the top part of my wheel is burned along with the top part of my shifter
