you can do a search on the board of 20s on the w209 clks. Its been done before, but, like a lot of people say..they wouldnt suggest it. If you go with 20s, and lower your car, you will have lots of rubbing issues, then you will have to roll fenders, shave fenders..etc. But 20s has been done on a clk with modifications.
With respect to tires size, I think you would go with 245/35/20 front and 285/30/20 rear. Well since you already ordered those rims, good luck!
Hopefully you will find a good company to do fender modifications.

Just for your information, most of us on the board with w209s, who changed their wheels, have 19s on our cars. 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rears. Running with tires 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear it should not have any rubbing issues if it is the correct offset.

20's fit Great

Everyone kept telling me that 20's wouldnt fit. But I talked to the right person and got 20's in the back and 19's in the front. It looks great and rides awesome. 245/35/20 & 225/35/19

you put 245s in the rear? i think you should have went with 235/35/19 front and 275 or 285/30/20. depends on the width of your wheel tho.

Verb i will take some pictures of my car in a bit and upload it here.

Here are some pics

Keep in mind I havent lowered my car yet hehe. I had a little situation with the shop that put on my coilovers wrong, but anyway its past now..i am dealing with it at the moment.

I will prolly get renntech springs within this month. Harris if you see this message, sorry I am most likely gonna get the springs from the shop because of the situation they are gonna sell em to me at cost. I will buy something else from you tho. Just need to figure out what I want after springs because theres so many things I want still. Sent you an email, dont know if you got it or not. Harris has been a great help to me! Anyway here are my pics.

oh ya, btw, my car looks kinda high also in the front more but its actually not supposed to be that high. I think the ground on my driveway is a bit slanted, so it makes my car look higher in the front than it is. Sorry if the pics are bad, but I took them really fast.

The last 2 pics are just pics of my brothers car. He got a 2002 Z06

The exhaust I have is in my signature. It fits perfectly without any modifications.

Anyways..enjoy.
