DVD Player/Reverse camera/ Wood grain steering wheel MODS *pictures*
I have had these mods done this last month. Wanted to share with everyone some pictures of these mods... The DVD player works great... Its "in motion" - The reverse camera is a pretty cool lil toy also... And the wood grain steering wheel looks really classy.....
The DVD player is installed underneath the glove compartment on the passenger side. I have taken 3 pictures... Different angles.. Its totally hidden from above but below you can see it....
The reverse camera is located on the right side of the license plate...

Nice mods man, looks great. I have to find a location for my DVD player also. I think I will look into the same spot as you.

What model of player is it? The ones I have looked at are much taller. That appears to be a pretty slim player. Did it come with a remote mount IR sensor? Is it NTSC/PAL switchable?

not sure what model it is but its really thin... half inch in thickness.... its is NTSC/PAL switchable... and it does have remote control and IR sensor.... it plays MP3/DVD/VCD/CD's and DVD-Rs which is nice!

wow thats hot!!! what mods did you have to do for that dvd player to work??? the rear backup is a nice touch as well....if you odnt mind me asking how much did you pay for the dvd setup? and how much (and where from) did you get the steering wheel/wood i have the same exact interior and i love how the wheel looks!!!!!

Steve, Thanks for the Wood grain steering wheel looks amazing.... As for the DVD player, i doesn't fit in the glove box.. i tried.... but i am happy with the location....

I did get it done in Brooklyn. They did the DVD/ reverse camera install for me....

You can either do it two ways. YOu can have steve install you a TV tuner/DVD player or you can go to brooklyn and have it installed..... I would recommend to have steve install the tuner....
