CLK320 - 2005 Help searchng for Navigation
This is a very informative site and hopefully someone can address the issue that I am having with my 2005 CLK (convertible). The car is pre-owned and did not come with Navigation. I enjoy the factory radio and was hoping to install a factory radio with navigation and satellite (Sirius - I aready have an account). However, the parts department informs me that the navigation would have had to come factory installed alredy, otherwise, I cannot obtain it later for the clk 2005 (except for after-market). I do not prefer the after-market radios because I am not pleased with the performance. Does anyone any any idea if and where I can purchase a factory radio with Navigation that can be installed in my car? I don't feel confident the parts guys knows what he's talking about. Any ideas would be helpful.

Don't order one from the MB dealer...they overcharge ridiculous amounts. I would suggest an eBay search...I saw a few NAV systems for sale there last month when I was looking to see if a newer factory one could somehow be fabricated into my dash. Unfortunely, didn't work out, but I remember seeing some out there. Nothing to lose with a search.

Do you sell the appropriate navigation system (includes radio, Satellite, CD and 6 disc CS changer) or do you just install it? I looking to buy the entire system for a 2005 CLK because I have someone who will install it. We don't know which system works for my car. As I mentioned in my initial post, the dealer indicated that there is none available from MB if it didn't come with the car.

2005 CLK320 Cab, 2008 R320 CDI
Help searching for navigation
Just had Nav system installed by www.mercdocs.com Found him on ebay and he does a quick and professional job. Works great, looks great, a good deal. I'm waiting for the satellite tuner to be in stock and am planning on having it installed as well.

Yes I did visit the link and THANKS a bunch. However, it did not give the me model CLK that it fits----and maybe it doesn't matter becuase it may fit all. Anyway, I sent an email to the seller asking that and a few more questions. Thanks again.

The seller is the MB Doctor that everyone is suggesting you go to....lol If you read the add a little more it will also link (or google works) to there web site add all your wildest navigation dreams can come true.
