I believe Benzo wanted to sell it because he has a surgical procedure to do on his back. Other than that I'm not too sure of.

Sorry it took me so long to reply. Yes, I did sell my CLK500. I was able to get over sticker for it and it sold pretty much immediately. I still must change my signature. I did indeed have to tend to a back condition which forced me to sell. I bought a 2003 Yukon Denali and sold the range rover. I am going through some rehab and should be back in the market for a new sportier car for weekends. I am considering the CL55 (pre-owned) b/c the seat position is a bit higher- very similar to the S-Class- however, I Must admit that I have had wandering eyes. Should my back recover well, I think it is time to give the 911 C4s a day in court. I kicked myself for not buying one pre-'97 and feel that I shouldn't let these slip by.
