I did my good deed for the day. I saw someone's black CLK 430 pulled to the side of the road in NJ this morning (Exit 9 - NJTP). It was on a jack and a woman, alone, attempting to get the blown, front tire off.
Good man that i am, I pull over to help. I asked her to call triple A or the local MB dealer for a tow because she had after-market rims on the 430 with the wrong lug wrench (can't get the tire off).
So, Triple A and the MB dealer tell her they cannot tow her car because she is "technically" on NJ Turnpike property (really we were on the approach to the toll) and are not allowed to tow any vehicles from that spot.....
Long story short (too late) we drive the car 75 yards to a spot where they can pick her up - off NJTP property, onto RT 18 North. I left her there and she said she'd be fine. I was over an hour late today, but all in all, I think it's a good thing we can sometimes look out for one another - especially MB enthusiasts.
So, if she reads this( I told her to check out MB World), I hope you got everything squared away today.

If is was a dude, I was gonna pull over anyway.
I stopped because I believe in karma........that's all.
And I don't chase women anymore. My chick is a hottie, so I didn't care if the woman with the flat was good looking or not. Just doing a good deed.
