55W HID????
I know if I put a 35W HID kit on my 05 clk500 the errer indicater would come on, but what if i get a hid kit that is 55w the same as the oem lights? would that work?

I don't know if it would work, but I'd just suggest getting XENON present turned on.

I'd advise against it. I know a lot of people do PNP but the more I see it the more ricer it looks to me. I know I've not been a lot of help on what you're looking for, but I think in the long run you'll be better off with a retrofit or finding some OEM headlamps.

i got the Mtec HID kit for sale if you interested. exact same one u saw on ebay off that link from NOMO..no error and the color looks great...used for few months...asking $180....dnguy34@gmail.com let me know

Almost all "HID" kits that say they are 55w are fakes just 35watts rebadged be careful.
