1998 SL500
Lever inside '04 CLK 500 center storage console (armrest)
Can anyone tell me what the small white lever does that is inside the center storage console in a 2004 CLK500? It is on the drivers side and near the front of the storage area. A small white lever that slides up and down... I can't find any reference to it in the owners manual. Thanks!

i think i know what your talking about, except mine is black. On my CLK it controls the amount of air from the A/C that enters the armrest area.

Did you find the secret drawer also in there? Touch the front and it springs out.

I found a £20 note and the original owner's business card hiding in there....

i cant seem to get in there with my car as if its stuck.

any tips on how to open it up if its stuck?
