Mercedes Star on Grille
Hey guys, just took delivery of my 2007 CLK550 today and I already need some help from you guys. The Mercedes star on the grille has a good 1" of the chrome peeled off and I want to get that replaced. Anyone know the part number of just the Mercedes star?

It should be under warranty.

i dont think it was caused under normal circumstances, it looks like something fell on it and scraped it off

idk haha, i just think i'd feel like an idiot if they told me that i did it myself or something.

i figured its a really cheap part

Don't be surprised if they tell you need to buy the whole grille. I don't think you can buy just the star from Mercedes but you can get just the star from Ebay.

hey i looked on parts.com....$47 for the star...i ordered from here two weeks ago...shipped fast and prices were good also

part # a 215 888 01 86
