Even if this tune only gives 10-15whp and better throttle response with no speed limiter i am sold.

If even one person backs out this whole group buy is over. This past weekend, I was on an empty stretch of Hwy in MEXICO; and I was able to hit 150 MPH (speedo & GPS verified; and I was still pulling). Yep, no limiter.
