Is my trans. going bad or a sensor problem? Need help please!
something weird happened today.
I was driving and my car seemed to be stuck in second gear.
Putting the car in Park and back to drive didnt fix it but shutting the car off and back on fixed it.
My car has 64.000 miles so im not sure if this is a common problem.
Thanks for any help!

It a 2006 model, if you haven't done the tranny flush services yet then you're 26K miles too late.
So whats my best solution you think?
I have extended warranty on my car which covers everything including a bad transmission all i pay is $100.
Thanks for your help Klinh

Its gonna cost me $120/h for them to see it lmao.
Hopefully my extendet warranty will cover diagnosing as well, if not there goes my money that i was goin to use to buy the CF front lip.
I will definetely keep you guys posted though...

Gladly it will be covered by my third party extended warranty.

Run down of what they did and what the problem was:
64803 Valve body performed short test. Code in ETC 2767- the signal from sensor Y3\8N2 is not available. Remedy is to replace the electronic hydraulic unit. Replaced EHS, programmed and codes to vehicle. Cleared all codes. Fill and set fluid level. Performed transmission adaptation.
Diag Perform Diagnosis Tests - 35CPM - $124.95
70 Misc. Transmission repairs - 35CPM - $402.50
1 220-270-27-06 CTRR. UNIT E - $1250.00
