Rear view mirror automatic

Anyone know if it's possible for the dealership to flash the computer so that rear view mirrors auto go down when backing the car up ?

The side mirrors? My drivers does when I toss it in reverse, it's an option in the menu.

Option is in setting menu...then put car in reverse...set the right side mirror (only one you can set) and then save it to memory...when put in drive and give 6 mph or higher it shifts back up...

It's in the manual...

Really? Is it only your drivers side, or do both tilt? I cant imagine that you use the drivers side often here in the states.

My 05 does that and it only works on passenger side. Its tilt down when i put in reverse.

My driver side mirror tilts on my CLK, both mirrors tilt on my C, they are both GCC spec cars mind you. I wonder if maybe the passenger side mirror on the CLK is supposed to tilt too? I'll have to get that checked before I take my car back from MB...
