I haven't seen a CLK in the CF vinyl but the shop that does my vinyl work here in Dubai had a full CF wrapped Aston Matring Vantage. It had lots of 'wow' factor but in the end, I didn't really like it. The Vantage is beautiful car and to wrap it in a vinyl that is obviously fake CF really cheaped up the look.
I think wrapping small items in CF vinyl is a-okay but a whole car? I dunno, I'm not a fan of it.

accents here and there are nice, but the whole car man???
I think it will look very weird esp since it is vinyl. If you want it that bad than you can get a CLK CF Carbon hood front lip spoiler diffuser fenders mirror covers and other little things.
It will cost you but wrapping the car will cost you a lot as well....
