Bud is my favorite beer and when I was in NY a few months ago I got to try Bud Light for the first time, IMO, it's the best tasting light beer out there. Very close to a real Bud but as James says you can definitely put a hell of a lot more of them down and not feel bloated.

Can't get Bud light here either but I can get the original so at least I can still listen to NASCAR races the proper way

Well that's not good news for me I think I might be able to import it but I think there's a minimum limit for 100 bottles or something. Then I have to pay shipping cost and import tax. Worth it? I don't know, I've never tasted it
Lol yeah, Budweiser is the proper way to go in our case when watching nascar races.

So the work pumpkin carving contest is upon us again so we had to defend our title.

Started with this creepy dolly and made a body

cut a mask out of aluminum diamond plate with the plasma and carved our foam pumpkin (couldn't use real ones bc of bugs)

Made some foot shackles out of scraps

Semi complete

Got him a lab coat and official work badge

I think we are going to win again to say the least

Couple I did for my house

Been slowly getting the table together the last couple weeks:
Put two of these on the front legs

Added bottom crossbars, a bar to hang clamps/etc, and threw together a bottom shelf out of 7 seperate pieces of scrap I had laying around

Prettied it up

Made these handles to go through two equally sized holes I drilled in the legs opposite the wheels so one person can easily move this thing around if needed

Spent two days cleaning/grinding/toxic chemicaling/wire brushing the layer of rust of of the plate

You can see one of the handles sticking out in this pic

As it sits now

Some of my buddies wanted a trophy for their fantasy football league and sent me this pic as inspiration lol.....

So I came up with this:
- the plate is for engravings of the current year winner
- also added a spring to the top so it rocks back and forth lol

Also found an old school REED 204R vise and added it to the work table

I also have a couple car related questions:
A- Where can I find some of the plastic rivets/retainers that hold all of the trunk carpet in place? And an oil dipstick?
B- Anyone have experience repairing stratches in a CF lip? I ran into a curb like a tard, nothing is cracked, just pisses me off.

Well took a roadtrip to my dads and smelled burning oil. Looks like I'll have a write up on replacing the valve cover gaskets on both sides and spark plugs after the weekend ....

A - Ask the Jeep Forums. Those people are used to getting their hands dirty. Dare I say I enjoy the Wrangler more the CLK!
B - Sharpies will do the trick.

Thanks man haha! I actually get more compliments on the jeep than the CLK

Anyways- back to the valve cover gasket nonsense:

First took all of this stuff off-

Then all this stuff

Ended up with one side cleaned and ready for some new plugs and a gasket

Covered it with tin foil until the gasket comes in

Got back at it for a little while again last night and took the driver side off. Also found some hoses/clamps that need replacing. If anyone wants this as an actual "How-To" I could put the steps together with the pics. I think there already is one but it's for the 6 cyl. Same principle though.

Also, what is the factory gap and does anyone recommend any plugs? I already have all of this taken apart I might as well replace the plugs while I'm at it.

Covered with tin foil to prevent anything from falling in there while waiting on the gaskets to come in.
