Just say 'no' to covers... Your 550 deserves painted calipers dude!

I do know that a guy with a 208 bought some but I have no idea if they would fit your calipers or not.

Paint it is!

Is the "Mercedes Benz" lettering on the oem calipers a sticker? I think I'll paint right over them and find new stickers

Powdercoating is a process that actually coats an object with a colored powder, then gets baked. The high temps melt the powder and it forms a very durable coating.

if you're talking about the brakes from your w203, the brakes on our 550s are just as big, if not bigger.

Wes, you had these before, did you notice any difference?
I was just at the dealership and bought front brake pads $160. When I got home and checked the MOT paper, it said that I needed to change the rear pads

I never installed them on the car. After buying them, I came across the Brembo kit I have now so I sold the other ones. You could have bought a whole set of Akebonos for that price.

lol, I don't think that was me. I have been using Akebono for years now. They are worth it just for the little dust they give off.

Akebono pads are the best. Hardly any dust at all. Can you return the ones you just bought?
Tirerack has some good prices on them. Sometimes even on sale.
