Question about Magnaflow Muffler
I recently installed a magnaflow muffler with no 2nd cat & resonator and it sound really loud and drones inside the cabin so I put back the 2nd cat and the sound level is acceptable. However I've noticed the muffler sound becomes quieter after driving for about a week. It used to have a nice growl sound when i start the engine but right now it just sounds abit louder than my previous OEM muffler. I wonder if this issue is normal and if a magnaflow glasspack muffler is a better combination than the 2nd cat placement or the high flow cat in terms of sound level, droning, backpressure..etc ? My car cannot fit a xpipe as I know this will refine the sound better. Thanks for the advice.
