Ok, I adjusted the stiffness on the fronts. It was turned all the way so I turned it all other way. Took it for a test drive and it feels much better. Still stiff but not much more then it was with the stock suspension. The rear I believe is on the softest setting. So far I'm a happy camper. the car also looks much better from the front lowered like this. Much more aggressive

cool thanks, I know the pre measurements but did not measure the after, I will try to measure today if I remember and post it here.
The wheels are
Monarch EURO 63 RS
19x8.5 32mm offset - 3mm spacers = 29mm
19x9.5 35mm offset
tires
225/35/19 Toyo FZ4
255/35/19 Bridgestone Potenza RE050
I'm waiting on 10mm spacers for the rear. Should be here any day. If it fits the rear will look much better from the sides.
